It is almost Valentine's Day and we talk a lot about love and hearts. We give cards and gifts to those we care about; and there is always chocolate!

But let's think about hearts from a different view. How do we keep our heart open for God? How do we share God's love to others?

This week I was thinking about a song from a movie and it seems fitting for this theme. Here are a few stanzas:

"For one so small
You seem so strong
My arms will hold you
Keep you safe and warm
This bond between us
Can't be broken
I will be here, don't you cry

'Cause you'll be in my heart
Yes, you'll be in my heart
From this day on
Now and forever more
You'll be in my heart
No matter what they say
You'll be here in my heart
Always"

God loves us and they will be in our heart, always. We are linked together, much like a chain; a chain of humans and hearts. And when we share the love, the world gets better. We are bonded in love, even when we are mad, even when we are sad.
